SoD Can't Access Save Files on Startup

Hey, so far, I am loving Siege of Dragonspear, but everytime I start it up, when I click on "Continue" it loads the last save from BG:EE, when I go to Single Player>Load, it only shows my saves from BG:EE. If I skip through the cutscenes and starting at Korlas'z Tomb, and access the Options menu, and click Load Game, THEN, my current saves for SoD show up. So there is a workaround, but its still annoying, and I'm not sure why its happening.
