So I've had BGEE for over 2 years now and I've always had problems running this program on Windows 8. I constantly get the white square on a black background. Every time I've checked the trouble shooting page, I see the same thing, " a patch is being worked on to correct this problem" Well, I'm still waiting. No sign of a patch, a response, or even an acknowledgement that you're still aware of this problem. Why don't you fix this so I can enjoy the game that I paid you good money for? I had considered buying BG2 but since you can't even fix this game in over 2 years, pretty certain that I won't take the chance. If anyone from Beamdog support wants to make this right, feel free to contact me. I would love to finally hear from someone regarding this problem.
