CURRENT BEHAVIOR: Minsc has returned to a normal movement rate while still wearing the Boots of the Cheetah.
HOW IT HAPPENED!
Neera had a wild surge while attempting to cast a spell on Minsc.
Minsc is wearing the Boots of the Cheetah, which gives him a movement speed boost.
Upon casting the spell, the wild surge changed Minsc into a female.

So, I put the Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity on Minsc to switch him back to male.

The speed boost given by the Boots of the Cheetah no longer apply.
EXPECTED RESULT: Minsc should still have a movement speed boost when becoming a female/back to male.
There is also an additional bug that does not change Minsc from FEMALE to MALE upon wearing the Girdle of Masculinity/Femininity AFTER a wild surge that changes him from MALE to FEMALE.
