Who in your opinion is the most boring NPC in the entire trilogy?

My vote would go between Valygar and Cernd. Valygar gets a little more love because while his personality is just as atrocious and his story is boring, the stalker is a more playable kit than the shapeshifter without mods.

Quayle gets an honorable mention from me as well.
