Missing NPC... still

#4605: Creature spawns no longer disappear when loading a saved game.
...is clearly not working.

Loaded my game and noticed that Samia in Windspear hills dungeon, level 2 is missing aaand im stuck.

And if thats not all...

CLUAConsole:CreateCreature("X") is not working either, but all other commands are doing fine.

Strange times...

If anyone have a good fix for this, i would be pleased.
