Renal Bloodscalp Disappeared

Hello and happy new year all

I have been completing unfinished quests (Bhodi is dead, and I can return the lantern any time)

So I have been in the Docks lately, and I did all the quests(for Renal; investigating Mah'var or w/e) upto obtaining the letter that proves Mah'var's treason(letter asking to kill Renal), but when I go to the guildhall to meet Renal Bloodscalp and show proof of treason, there is absolutely no one in the guildhall.

I did not kill them, since I obviously obtained said quest chain. Gulp~

Under further investigation, I have learned that an assassin will show up and 1shot characters if you attack Renal, so that would support my claim of not killing Renal. I will admit, I have been medicated lately from illness so it is possible I killed him and do not remember.

I have also read that killing Renal Bloodscalp makes the game unfinishable.


Is there a console command to just reinsert Renal Bloodscalp? And how does one open the console?
